This means only your assistant and his managers have access to you personal information. Sensitive information like credit card numbers are protected by managers and are to be used with supervision. A stringent IT security policy is also used to avoid unauthorized access of any data about you or your projects.
All data provided to eTrendGroup is kept by the company for a period of six months after the completion of the project. This will ensure faster recovery in case it is needed by the client. After six months, the data is irreversibly removed from our archives. This means that for project related data, the client must make a request prior to the time it is erased completely.
Intellectual property
All rights to your projects remain yours after you have settled your dues with our company. As we are a service provider, you will maintain sole ownership of Intellectual property rights of any project you engage in with your remote executive assistant.
