Our rate strategyWith a wide variety of clients and with tons of differing requirements, we at eTrendGroup has managed to come up with 3 simple ways to cater to your needs.
Long Term
In this model a dedicated Remote Executive Assistant is hired by the client to work with them on an ongoing or on a long term basis. Such projects usually last from 3 months to 3 years. Based on your requirement you can specify how long per week your assistant needs to work for you. You can choose 10 hours/ week, 20 hours/ week or 40 hours/ week on a monthly basis. If the hours are not used within the week, they lapse. All our employees under this service will wor according to client’s guidelines but services done by them are offered on a best effort basis. For this type of service a one month fee is required as advance. Once this is received, your remote assistant will start working for your requirement. An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of the engagement and after every third week of the succeeding month. The invoice is payable within 7 days upon receipt and must be received prior to the succeeding month.
Fixed bid
For projects with clear milestones and timeframes and with definite and concrete deliverables, the project or fixed bid model is ideal. Samples of this include business plans, industry analysis, web development etc. etc. Typically the client and eTrendGroup agrees on certain hours for the project. For this type of service, the client is expected to pay 50% of the total fixed fee. You will receive an invoice before the project starts and another when the project is completed. You should pay this within 7 days upon receipt and this incurs an interest of 1% for every month of delay.
Hourly Basis
Many of our clients engage in a per hour model for projects that do not require an extended timeframe. If you only need work for certain hours, inquire about this type of service. To engage in this type of service the client has to pay the whole amount in advance.
Cost
The cost of our service will depend on the type of service you have chosen as well as the projects you require. We need to understand your needs to be able to give you a fair price and to manage expectations.
